You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us at hello@ganse.co with your order ID and the size you need.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
